Overall things are good, repairs take a long time

Very quiet...clean...responsive & receptive staff. I like it especially in the summer when you want to be outside...there is somewhere cool to sit and relax! But the floors squeak a lot and makes me very uncomfortable since it disturbs my neighbor below. The previous neighbor used to knock the ceiling/floor. As a result, I hardly ever have company over since I have to be warning them to step softly. I have apologized to my neighbor and explained that we aware of the problem but we cannot avoid it since we have to move around! Other neighbors also complain about the same thing.

I lived in Taylor Park about two years ago and would not have left but I didn't need that much space. The community is clean, and quietly tucked away. I had a washer, dryer, dishwasher and a parking space so I was in heaven. I loved every bit of it.

I love my apartment and like my neighbors. I have never had an issue with any of the other residents, and I find everyone to be very friendly. The office staff is very accomidating and friendly, while Maintenance is ok; they are all very friendly, but I find that you have to follow up on maintenance requests too often. I have rented from various property management companies, and this one has the best staff so far.

I love living here , if you call in for help or a repair it is taken care of right away, same day for the most part. some one is always visible to ask questions. My daughter loves it.

Taylor park is a good place to live. The apartments are spacious, with nice amenities. I do think taylor Park would be even better with some renovations and updated appliances. Even though i can hear my neighbors above me too well, Im not sure if they are just noisy or if its the buildings structure.

Comfortable apartment. Nice sized rooms and closets. Very convenient to have full sized washer and dryer in unit. Reasonable price for being in Baltimore County. When we initially moved in had a very bad experience with the air conditioner not working but ever since no complaints - maintenance has provided exceptional service- very quick to make repairs. Probably the two biggest issues are we can hear our neighbors upstairs and below (living on the 2nd floor some noise is to be expected) and the dumpster outside can be ridiculous at times trying to find a place to throw our trash away. Otherwise, very positive experience.

I have only been there for just over a month and so far things are great. Both Paul and Jackie have been great in the leasing office. I like this place and have referred some new tennants.

Parking is never an issue. I hear nothing at all from my next door neighbor and very little from my upstairs neighbor. The grounds are usually kept nice and I love the open area for the kids to play. This is an exceptionally safe neighborhood. The apartments themselves are spacious and beautiful. I get complements from visitors all of the time. The maintenance staff is extremely nice. I do believe they are being stretched too thin. The office staff has always gone above and beyond when trying to assist me. The new guy is particularly nice. He knows how to be firm and get his job done effectively without being cold, thoughtless and cruel. Huge improvement:)
